Piluna is a wine of vibrant character with ancient origins in the Salento region its name comes from a word in Salentino dialect that refers to ancient tufa pots used to store wine and oil. Piluna gets its body from the clayey-tuffaceous soils of its vineyards. An intense wine, it offers notes of plum, cherry and amarena cherry jam combined with hints of pepper, vanilla and liquorice, giving it a balanced and distinct flavor.
