Chateau d'Estoublon is one of the most remarkable estated in France (founded in 1489), and has launched with Roseblood d'Estoublon the most dynamic luxury rose' in the market. Roseblood Rose' stands as the flagship cuvee, meticulously crafted to showcase elegance and subtle complexity. This exceptional blend is sourced fro Coteaux Varois en Provence vineyards.
In this blend of four emblematic Provencal grape varietals, each plays a distinctive role: 65% Grenache, 15% Syrah, 15% Cinsault, 5% Rolle (Vermentino). Grenache contributes roundness, delicacy, and subtle aromas along with notes of cherries, raspberries & spice. The Syrah adds power and color and the slight tannins that come along. Cinsault, known for finesse and fruity notes, gently balances the strength provided by Grenache and Syrah. Rolle (Vermentino), the iconic white grape of Provence, introduces a touch of tension, freshness, and floral notes to complete this well-balanced blend.
Luminous pale eau-de-rose' color with hints of peach and melon. The nose is expressive, with notes of raspberry and tangy wild berries. Roseblood d'Estoublon Rose' shows more richness and fruit than we normally expect from Provence, and a nice minerality. The harmony of the grape varieties expresses itself on the palate with citrus notes, followed by a beautiful tension that accompanies the wine throughout its length.
