We crafted this smooth, easy-drinking Nero d'Avola from hand-harvested grapes grown in our family-owned, hillside vineyards in Sicily, a region with a rich history and winemaking tradition. It exhibits aromas of blackberry, white flowers, vanilla, and a hint of figs. On the palate, it is fruit-forward and medium-bodied with a smooth finish. Enjoy it on its own or as a complement to pizza, rich pastas, or grilled meats.
Macerated for 15 days to ensure full body and complexity, and finished in stainless steel instead of oak. On the palate, it is opulent and full bodied for great intensity.
